Web 2.0 Tool: NoRedInk

As I began to look for Web 2.0 resources I fell in love with NoRedInk. NoRedInk is a writing tool to help improve upper elementary students with grammar by quizzing them. They range from multiple choice all the way to correcting the problem yourself. This writing tool is a great and easy way for students to learn/test their knowledge on grammar. Check out NoRedInk here! You can also check out my video to learn more about NoRedInk!

Now that you have seen a short video I would love to tell you about one particular resource within the Web 2.0 NoRedInk website. My favorite tool is creating Quizzes. Quizzes can be so useful as a teacher to see how well the students got the days materials, how well they understand a general topic, and even how well they might do on a test. This resource is so easy as a teacher because NoRedInk creates the questions for you. It is so easy and can be specific to one topic or a huge array of topics. It can even be 5-50 questions and no grading is required! (SCORE!) Below is just an example of what the quizzes end up looking like:

Just remember that this tool can be used by anyone. I would recommend it to upper elementary all the way to high school! It is a beneficial tool for review, quizzing, and even pretesting! NoRedInk can benefit a student and can be used at home or in the classroom! I hope you enjoy this tool!
